Donna Film is founded and run by Kaia Foss, a versatile and accomplished producer with a track record spanning both scripted television, film and commercial production. Her work includes the audience favorite Home for Christmas (Netflix), Cannesseries winners Everything You Love, Nepobaby, and numerous other acclaimed Nordic titles.

With extensive experience as both producer and line producer, Kaia is passionate about building great stories, strong business cases and effective productions, and about navigating the exciting intersection of creativity and commercial strategy. Her career spans nine years in the Norwegian film and TV industry, complemented by five years as a commercial producer in New York.
